Evening Programs: Students enrolled in Evening shifts pay additional charges as notified by HED Punjab. Confirm the latest schedule at the time of admission.

Concessions, Refunds & Fines

Important Policies

Half Tuition Concession

For needy or deprived students — half tuition fee concession per annum per Government of the Punjab rules. Sanctioned for one academic year; renewable on re-application.

Refundable Items

Only Library Security (Rs. 1,000) and Hostel Security (Rs. 2,000) are refundable on completion of program or formal withdrawal.

Fines

Incomplete uniform: Rs. 100. No uniform: Rs. 150. Breach of discipline: Rs. 200 – Rs. 1,000. Bringing camera: Rs. 1,000. Late library return: Rs. 1/day.

Payment & Challan

Fees are paid via challan issued by the College Office, deposited at designated bank branches. BS / B.Ed fees are paid per semester; Intermediate fees are paid annually at admission and renewal time.
