The Higher Education Department (HED) has mandated that students be admitted to Intermediate and BS programs through the Online College Admission System (OCAS). Over 800 colleges in Punjab offer this facility, including the Government Graduate College Muzaffargarh, which allows students to complete the admission process without visiting the college in person.
